About This Job

This position will work directly with the Tensar Division Leadership team to provide executive administrative support. This person must be able to work independently, anticipate the needs of the team, and will be expected to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position requires someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills and follow-through, can use good judgment, set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality but respectful of meeting established deadlines, with superior interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinates onsite and offsite meetings and arranges travel
  • Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports for the regional leadership
  • Assemble PowerPoint files for management meetings
  • Proactively maintain Outlook calendars
  • Perform standard, advanced, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational/functional policies and practices

What You'll Need

  • Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business and work with all levels in the organization
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
  • Possesses a high degree of initiative, sound judgment, and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion
  • Respectful, confident, and positive demeanor in interpersonal dealings
  • Strong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem solving, time managing, and prioritizing work skills

Your Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
