The primary function of this role includes partnering with the HR team to develop content for internal HR related communications to employees. What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver HR communications related to benefits, wellness, learning, development, compensation, performance, & employee experience
  • Partners with Marketing to assist with planning communication, branding, and marketing strategies to support talent acquisition efforts
  • Manage the production of the HR newsletter
  • Assists with maintaining the HR SharePoint site on the company intranet
  • Develop and/or review various distribution lists for accuracy and consistency
  • Identify and track communications success metrics and program performance to evaluate effectiveness and to integrate into future initiatives
  • Compile internal communications content and determine best methods for communicating with a dispersed workforce
  • Responsible for brainstorming and executing engagement activities, community service Initiatives, etc.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement and community service initiatives and gather and act on meaningful employee feedback
  • Manage and partner on ad hoc projects as they arise

What You'll Need

  • 1-2 years experience working in a communications and/or marketing environment, with experience in writing, editing, and project management
  • Must be innovative, creative, organized, optimistic and self-motivated
  • Must be a strategic thinker with great attention to detail who works well under pressure and is able to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills required
  • A collaborative partner capable of building cross-functional relationships to drive change and influence business decisions
  • Proven ability in preparing public documents and formal communications with proper grammar, formatting, and appearance

Your Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Journalism, English, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
