We’re searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Leadership team at our manufacturing plant. What You'll Do

  • Provide proactive support to the Regional Leadership Team
  • Greet visitors, answer plant phone line, and represent the first impression of CMC
  • Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture
  • Maintain web-based department filing, compliance task, and training software
  • Maintain files and performs wide-ranging office functions (answering phones, responding to inquiries, making copies, ordering supplies, etc)
  • Plan, schedule and execute onsite and offsite meetings
  • Assemble PowerPoint files for management meetings
  • Prepare monthly safety Reports
  • Systems access and support for new hires, auditors, contractors and visitors

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in an office setting preferred
  • Ability to be discreet with sensitive and confidential information, meetings, and issues
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced multi-discipline environment, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational and listening skills
  • Ability to operate office equipment including fax machines, printers and communication devices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday; which may include some overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Vocational Degree Preferred
