What You'll Do

  • Oversee all sales function in the Area as relates to InterAx, H Series, TriAx, BX, GlasGrid, GlasPave and other assigned product sales revenue and gross margin
  • Define the required levels of promotional activities required by functional group (Area Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, et. al) for the Area
  • Collaborate with directors / VPs of allied business units to ensure goals and objectives are aligned company wide
  • Develop annual goals and strategic initiatives that are measurable and accountable
  • Develop and execute a strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Demonstrated proficiency in forecast methodologies
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring to verify data accuracy and understand data fluctuations

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of five (5) years of distribution and business management experience within the construction products industry. Preferable experience will include Marketing and selling engineered solutions
  • Authorized to work in the country of the position
  • Experience in selling value added engineered solutions
  • Five to ten years of proven sales management experience

Your Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, required
