What You'll Do
- Acts as an escalation point for issues to ensure they are responded to and resolved promptly; keeps manager informed and escaltes issues beyond when needed
- Keep manager informed and escalates issues when needed
- Check email and all associated inboxes regularly so we stay up to date on incoming information
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers
- Maintain assigned account details
- Files contracts; assigns shipments to contract; closes contracts, verifies balances due on contracts; attaches the final report to contract
- Manages contracts, shipments and invoicing which includes entering data into the computer system
- Step in and help perform work whenever necessary
What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in an office setting preferred
- Ability to think critically to recognize problems, identify opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced multi-discipline environment, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational and listening skills
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Your Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred
