What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the regional marketing teams to enable their day-to-day activities by aligning processes, implementing best practices, driving efficiencies, adopting new technologies, and optimizing performance
- Work closely with the Marketing Automation Manager to optimize processes, data flow, and data quality between the different tools in the martech stack
- Own all social media channels, develop an editorial social media calendar that incorporates timely content on upcoming promotions, events, and evergreen content
- Schedule social media content, monitor social channels, implement new social media tools and features, and respond to all social engagement in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for a variety of operational tools, including GoToWebinar, Wistia, HootSuite, PathFactory, Docebo, and SurveyMonkey
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions on said software and for any success managers provided by said software
- Provide education and training on said software to new and existing marketing employees
- Actively seek out new features and usages of said software and bring new opportunities to the regional teams
- Maintain related process documentation and any other governance/policy documentation related to said software
- Measure and optimize digital operations performance, by working with the Strategic Marketing Analyst to develop and maintain reports that demonstrate digital operations performance
- Use data to identify trends and suggest creative ways to attract more customers, increase our online presence, and improve our overall marketing and sales efforts
What You'll Need
- Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) quickly with minimal supervision
- Understanding of digital operations and social media metrics and best practices: able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social campaigns
- Must be able to follow brand guidelines, including the ability to elevate and enhance the overall brand voice
- Must be able to stay composed, objective, conversational, patient and confident in online and offline communication
Your Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or finance
