What You'll Do

  • Creating and implementing marketing strategy to create demand for the company’s solutions, including overseeing the marketing strategies, product concepts and promotional programmes that drive interest and sales.
  • Responsible for the corporate brand and ensuring global consistency
  • Responsible for ensuring the organization complies with current marketing and copyright regulations as well as accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Oversee all areas of the marketing department. This may include digital marketing, direct marketing, print marketing, media marketing, social media marketing, market research and coordinating with external agencies
  • Lead the content marketing plan and develop content and communications which enable and support the overall commercial engine.
  • Development and management of annual marketing budgets
  • Provide strong leadership to the team and demonstrating the company’s values and leadership behavior framework
  • Promote a culture of high-performance with a focus on successful outcomes
  • Provide support and development opportunities to the marketing team. Increasing their knowledge and sharing best practices
  • Analyze key marketing performance metrics and using tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to formulate actionable insights for the marketing team
  • Use marketing insights to contribute towards the overall business strategy
  • Formulate unique insights to understand the customer from a marketing perspective
  • Build strong relationships with Managers in other departments within the business
  • Provide professional advice to support Managers with any marketing challenges
  • Maintain close working relationships with the commercial teams, both inside and outside sales

What You'll Need

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Business-to-Business marketing (B2B), minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing technology
  • Focused on strategic goals and able to direct, control and co-ordinate activities towards areas which yield the highest long-term rewards for the organization
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-changing dynamic ‘hands on’ environment, goal orientated, an outstanding communicator and capable of thriving under pressure
  • Ability to formulate customer communication strategies including all aspects of the marketing mix
  • Ability to progress further within this dynamic organization

Your Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent experience. Master of Business Administration a plus
