What You'll Do

  • Assisting department with all aspects of direct marketing campaigns including campaign set-up, quality control, campaign distribution and post-campaign reporting
  • Supporting the day-to-day marketing activities and requests
  • Maintaining digital asset library and sales enablement tool (Highspot), preparing files for online projects and maintaining and organizing an archive of completed projects
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to create graphic design projects, including collateral materials and promotional creative assets, creating flyers, print ads, business profiles and more
  • Regularly participate in interdepartmental communication and teamwork
  • Use good decision making and problem solving skills to understand and meet customer expectations
  • Monitor and respond to the shared departmental inbox
  • Presentation/Report on an improvement project at the end of internship

What You'll Need

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a business-related degree plan (Junior/Senior level preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work in teams and to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Working knowledge and experience with the following programs is a plus: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Kentico, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Products and Salesforce
  • Must be passionate about what you do and have a desire to innovate to make a difference

Your Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field at an accredited university
