What You'll Do
- Develop strategy and implement integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that align to marketing objectives, ensuring smooth ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion
- Work cross-functionally leveraging platforms such as Monday.com for project management to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Set creative direction and manage all internal and external creative resources during development of campaign assets
- Monitor campaign performance through its lifecycle. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accelerate the sales cycle and continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies
- Provide proactive support to the Geopier Team
- Manage content calendar including partnering with Director of Marketing, cross-functionally to develop content pipeline and development of content
- Responsible for the corporate brand and ensuring global consistency
- Provide strong leadership to the team and demonstrating the company’s values and leadership behavior framework
What You'll Need
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to establish strong partnerships with all levels of management
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Knowledge of Monday.com or other similar project management tools
- Experience in project management
- Experience with Salesforce/Pardot/Marketing Cloud a plus
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Business-to-Business marketing experience
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
Your Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related experience required
