The Strategic Marketing Analyst’s primary responsibility is to transform Tensar and Geopier's data into actionable insights for its teams through the extraction, analysis, and new research of market data, competitive intelligence, and marketing performance. Other responsibilities include conducting new market research and generating reports for internal teams. What You'll Do

  • Develop and monitor KPI and ROI measures demonstrating marketing output and campaign efficacy using data from CRM, marketing automation, sales and web analytics
  • Identify and track communications success metrics and program performance to evaluate effectiveness and to integrate into future initiatives
  • Evaluate efficacy of marketing efforts and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Assist product management with analysis of pricing trends by product SKU both regionally and nationally
  • Conduct market and customer research to support strategic company priorities
  • Provide insightful and competitive analytics that anticipate change and drive decision making
  • Collect, organize and analyze data to be able to spot trends, evaluate program effectiveness and propose initiatives
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and assist with special projects as requested

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience required
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to effectively communicate analytical marketing data and present data visualization to executive management and team members
  • Experience developing data into actionable reporting
  • Ability to apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and research resolution to issues and trends with transactions
  • Proven ability to influence Operations to drive business success
  • Experience working with visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong financial acumen and existing skill sets, including modeling
  • Knowledge of machine learning/AI and SQL preferred

Your Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or finance
  • Advanced Degree (MBA or MS) preferred
