What You'll Do

Participate in various developmental trainings and business projects
Attend Sales meetings, trainings, and activities as required
Attend CMC Steel School and attend outside training as required
Attend monthly check-ins to measure progress and obtain feedback
Under the direction of management, work on various business projects and present on a final capstone project

What You'll Need

Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
Strong customer service skills
Must be self-motivated and results driven with a focus on customer service
Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to work with all levels of the organization
Must have high ethical standards and integrity to work under the guidelines of the company values
Must have the ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and multitask well

Bachelor's degree required
