Responsible for defining, designing, governing, delivering, and supporting eCommerce centric solutions that enable and enhance the CMC B2B Process.  Build and maintain effective relationships with key business stakeholders by offering guidance and recommendations as needed to ensure clarity of understanding and alignment of company goals.  Partner with various IT team members to ensure feasibility, comprehension, and successful delivery of business requirement best practice solutions. Effectively communicate and properly manage time providing on-going eCommerce portal support, including development of business requirements, integration design documents, process documentation, test scenarios, and training materials.  Actively multitask and collaborate within a high performing team that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, and promote continuous learning.  Mentor and coach systems analysts working on the team. Oversee resource allocation to projects and capacity planning for the pipeline of work.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and design new and modified business processes for B2B eCommerce portals supporting multiple lines of business for a multi-faceted manufacturing industry
  • Apply technical and functional knowledge to create world-class solution architecture that effectively integrates with the business units’ operations
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key business and IT stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and strategies for information technology services and systems
  • Document business needs, distinguish between needs/wants, identify gaps between business needs and standard application functionality, design and document solutions that fill gaps, and provide detailed business requirements specifications for developers
  • Develop, document, and execute test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, functional modifications/enhancements, etc
  • Support, analyze, and resolve production application issues as required
  • Maintain business process and end user training documentation and deliver training as required
  • Manage and supervise a team of five analysts
  • Conduct regular on-on-on meeting with team members
  • Prepare performance reviews and assist with career development planning
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
  • Recruit, onboard and provide guidance for new team members

What You'll Need

  • Five or more years of experience as a business or systems analyst or similar role
  • Five or more years of work experience within the SAP ECC Sales, Distribution, and Logistics space
  • Three or more years of experience with Salesforce.com
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter that can work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to multitask and collaborate effectively within a functional, technical, multidiscipline, high performing team to plan and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Experience with and knowledgeable of eCommerce, Sales and Logistics business functions
  • Experience with SQL and Microsoft Applications
  • Experience delivering projects in an agile environment
  • Experience in the industrial manufacturing and/or process industry preferred
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to use appropriate analysis, judgment, and logic when solving problems and making decisions
  • Ability to maintain awareness and knowledge of relevant, existing and emerging technologies and the impact they have on CMC business operations
  • Results oriented with focus on achieving both short and long term goals in fluid environment
  • Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, collaborative environment
  • Three or more years managing people
  • Three or more years exposure to Mulesoft integration tool

Your Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • An advanced degree is preferred
