What You'll Do

  • Refine pricing communication strategy
  • Working with BI/Power BI to understand pricing reports
  • Monitor and report on trends/exceptions, and price overrides to management
  • Keep proper documentation and approval for audit strategy
  • Ensure the territory pricing is properly maintained in SAP
  • Execute CMC's rebate strategy
  • Maintain full and equalized freight rates
  • Execute and administer regional pricing moves
  • Ability to meet and build relationships with internal/external customers and perform rate negotiations with said customers while keeping us in line with current market pricing.
  • Collaborate with Pricing teams to ensure market competitiveness and margin integrity
  • Deep understanding of and experience with complicated pricing condition techniques, pricing communication structures, calculation and requirement routines, SAP Rebate processing, robust SAP Billing processes, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition
  • Maintain pricing files in support of sales organization(s)
  • Provide sales pricing support as required
  • Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed

What You'll Need

  • Ability to apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and research resolution to issues and trends with transactions
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Strong communication Skills (verbal, written, listening) including ability to communicate effectively with all levels or organization
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • A balanced mix of skills - driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
  • Team player that can also work independently
  • Ability to make decisions under time constraints
  • Possess a positive attitude and innovative approach in problem solving
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership, and be accountable for integrity of the system

Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
