What You'll Do

Perform computer functions (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Skype).
Answer and respond to calls received from alarm companies
Send out emails to site management as needed
Use surveillance equipment to monitor cameras at job sites to verify, alarm calls, and determine whether or not to dispatch local authorities and/or contact site management
Monitor camera systems to detect high heat and criminal activity (intrusion, theft, vandalism, and/or burglary).
Complete documentation for site incidents and alarm calls

What You'll Need

Be able to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written is a must
Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail
Computer Literacy (Microsoft)
Video Surveillance Experience

Your Education

High School Diploma or GED preferred
