What You'll Do
- Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Work effectively in a team environment to promote productivity
- Attend daily shift meetings to measure progress and obtain feedback.
- Inspect outgoing material for accuracy
- Maintain work area and equipment in clean orderly condition and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Crosstrain on multiple machines
- Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
- Perform additional duties as needed
What You'll Need
- Minimum 1 year working with heavy industrial environment experience preferred but not required
- Possess a strong work ethic and practice safe working habits
- Ability to stand for duration of a shift, up to 12 hours; frequent physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs or reaching to work with equipment throughout the entire shift
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment, with excellent strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational and listening skills required.
- Ability to work in uncontrolled climate environment and in the elements
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are necessary to be successful in this role
Your Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
