What You'll Do

Complete management of a territory. Establishment of goals and objectives for volumes, profitability and strategies to achieve
Relationship building and strategic selling to existing and prospective customers including fabricators and precasters
Participate in industry organizations, trade shows and other events
Work closely with customers and operational teams to improve the customer experience, forecasting guidance, and complaint resolution
Partner with Marketing and others in the organization to develop sales solutions, including pricing recommendations and service solutions
Maintain sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Drive results with team members through accountability and performance feedback

What You'll Need

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Minimum 5 years in an Outside Sales role
Construction sales experience preferred
Preferred experience with the Rebar Fabrication processes
Working knowledge of common software programs (MS Office, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Goal-oriented approach to sustaining and improving business and customer service
Superior organizational and negotiating skills as well as sound financial skills
Respectful, confident, and positive demeanor in interpersonal dealings

Your Education

Bachelor's Degree or relevant equivalent experience.
