What You'll Do
- Gain exposure to major HR processes and strategies by rotating through the various HR Centers of Excellence
- Ensure positive employee relations and build the CMC culture based on our Guiding Principles
- Identify and communicate general issues and concerns to the HR Manager and participate in development of the proper response to such issues
- Participate in various developmental trainings and business projects
- Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of program
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Performs other job duties as assigned
What You'll Need
- Ability to travel up to 20-40%, both locally and to the Corporate Office in Irving, TX
- Willingness to relocate at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location
- Strong client facing skills with a consultative mindset and ability to effectively problem solve
- Proficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Your Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field required
- Prior HR Internships preferred
