What You'll Do

Assist with loading fabricated rebar onto trailers and unloading stock materials
Attend training sessions for all relevant equipment and machinery
Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
Operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
Operate rebar fabrication equipment including shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, threaders, forging equipment, and welders
Participate in CMC safety programs and actively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
Perform cross-functional machine operations to support workflow flexibility

What You'll Need

Strong verbal and written communication skills required for success in this role
Ability to lift to 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, and stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work overtime as required, including planned schedules and unplanned emergency situations
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
Proven ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills
Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
Comply with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies, rules, and regulations
