What You'll Do
- Perform standard, advanced, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational/functional policies and practices
- Complete a range of computer work including developing reports, designing presentations, and data entry
- Maintain files and performs wide-ranging office functions (answering phones, responding to inquiries, making copies, ordering supplies, etc)
- Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Provide proactive support to the Regional Leadership Team
- Represent the company and the Regional Leadership Team in a positive, supportive, and professional manner
- Assist in planning company events and community involvement opportunities
- Plan, schedule and execute onsite and offsite meetings
- Preparation of outgoing mail / FedEx
- Review and proofreading documents for management communications
- Special projects and other duties, as assigned
What You'll Need
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- Ability to anticipate the needs of others
- Must have advanced computer skills MS Office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels in person, written and over the phone both within and outside the company
- Must have a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment and support the desire for challenge and strong work ethic
- Possesses a high degree of initiative, sound judgment, and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion
- Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize
Your Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
