What You'll Do
  • Performs standard, advanced, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational/functional policies and practices
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring to verify data accuracy and understand data fluctuations
  • Records, tracks and posts Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI's)
  • Performs month end closing activities and reporting
  • Processes production orders and enters goods receipts for materials
Other Things You'll Do

Provides operational support to CMC Steel South Carolina to include:

  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring to verify data accuracy and understand data fluctuations
  • Provides face-to-face customer service to employees and customers
  • Coordinates special events for employees
  • Performs month end closing activities and reporting
  • Processes production orders
  • Enters goods receipts for materials
  • Records, tracks and posts Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI's)
  • Coordinates meeting preparation
  • Manages data acquisition, organization and analysis
  • Coordinates community involvement and charitable contribution activities
  • Schedules offsite meetings and travel arrangements
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations and associated materials for meetings
  • Screens calls, takes messages and returns phone calls, as appropriate
  • Performs standard, advanced, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational/functional policies and practices

What You'll Need
  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience with SAP or ERP system preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the business
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees and customers, including executive management
  • Proven administrative experience strongly preferred

Your Education
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
  • Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred
