What You'll Do
- Provide direct support for processing day-to-day vendor invoices and payments
- Review vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- General filing and electronic data retention
- Electronic processing of international claims through the accounts payable cycle
- Assist in Month-End Close Process
- Implement standard practices and procedures
- Communicate effectively with internal & external customers
- Help with expense invoice coding and related reconciliations
- Obtain required invoice approvals per Company guidelines
- Process both PO and non-PO invoices
- Resolve telephone, email and fax inquiries received by the Helpdesk in a timely manner
- Work closely with other departments/divisions to maintain and increase process efficiency
What You'll Need
- Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High level of organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
Your Education
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
