What You'll Do
- Supervises activities of Plant including shipping, receiving, operations, safety and environmental
- Assists in the control of inventory dollars and tons by meeting inventory turn standards set forth by the company
- Assists Operations Manager in maintaining an accurate inventory with no losses due to fraud, poor quality control, poor operational or accounting practices
- Must collaborate with Operations Manager and Plant Manager to ensure successful accomplishment of plant goals
- Must be able to maintain and be familiar with safety and environmental concerns
- Assist department in meeting safety, production, and quality goals
- Assist in the development of other employees including holding them accountable and providing performance feedback to the management team
- Coordinate production activities with other departments
- Maintain work area and equipment in clean orderly condition and follow all safety policies and procedures
What You'll Need
- Customer Service focused
- Able to multitask and handle stress in a highly productive environment
- Demonstrated ability to assist in the manufacturing of quality products that consistently meet or exceed consumer receiving specifications
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Exceptional leadership and team building skills
- Minimum 1 year leading teams preferred
- Must be able to assist in problem solving in all areas of plant
- Must be able to put team goals ahead of individual goals
- Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture
- Must have an ability to ensure the safety of both the individual and customers is protected at all times
- Sets high standards for self and others
Your Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
