Why This Job

Be an integral part of the Geopier Team! Project Manager role is responsible for preparing project preliminary designs, conceptual drawings, and estimates. Support the Region Engineers by performing design calculations, creating shop drawings, and submitting a final design. Interact with the project teams to assist with problem solving and provide technical support to Area Managers.

What You'll Do

Review project geotechnical and structural information and perform project evaluations to examine technical and commercial feasibility
Coordinates with Sales Department to schedule estimates/proposal bids while coordinating/communicating any changes in the scope of work
Prepare estimates and perform takeoff while preparing and sending preliminary scope letters, bid forms and documents, to meet bid schedules

What You'll Need

Minimum 2 years' experience in a geotechnical/structural engineering field
Experience reading and interpreting project documents and drawings.
Strong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem solving, time managing, and prioritizing work skills
Basic computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Proficient with AutoCAD 2016 or later

Your Education

Bachelors in Civil Engineering Required
Certificate of Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) Preferred
