What You'll Do

Develop preliminary designs for Geopier Foundations proprietary technologies.
Work closely with Region Engineers and Geopier licensee teams to provide technical guidance and direction in support of project feasibility and project bidding efforts for Geopier design-build solutions
Interpret geotechnical data, project drawings, and prepare final design documents
Support Design Center review team by performing slope stability and other geotechnical analyses to prepare RAP designs
Works with junior staff to prepare and update geotechnical design standards and presentation materials as directed by Director of Engineering.

What You'll Need

Minimum 2 years' experience in a geotechnical/structural engineering field
Possess a strong understanding of soil mechanics and structural loading conditions
Knowledge of computer systems and software, including AutoCAD, Microsoft applications, other geotechnical software including, SLIDE, SLOPE-W, Settle 3D
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels in person, written and over the phone both within and outside the company
Strong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.

Your Education

Bachelors in Civil Engineering Required
