Promote Tensar Engineered Solutions to contractors, consultants, and public agencies. Ensure installation is being performed as designed and document progress at pre and post-construction meetings.
What You'll Do
- Represent Tensar Engineered Solutions on assigned jobsites during installation and ensure installation is being performed as designed
- Attend pre-construction and progress meetings with all project stakeholders
- Conduct post-construction interviews with key stakeholders to ensure original design objectives are met and performing as expected
- Document progress, submit daily progress reports, collect and submit feedback to Area Engineer and Regional Sales Manager
- Provide project site assessment using dynamic cone penetrometer (DCP) and/or other methods to provide data for Tensar solutions
- Assist Area Engineer with technical support for the sales team including using design software, writing reports and submittals
What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager or Field Technician
- Strong communication and presentation skills required (verbal, written, listening)
- Ability to travel to US-based company locations up to 75% of the time
- Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business and work with all levels in the organization
- Must have a strong leadership ability to focus, prioritize, and match skills to tasks
Your Education
- Bachelors Degree in one of the following: Construction Management, engineering, and/or related field a plus
- Certificate of Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) Preferred
