What You'll Do

  • Maintain and encourage a safety-first culture and help improve the safety in the melt shop
  • Have a complete understanding on Melt Shop cost and how every position in the melt Shop controls cost
  • Assist supervisor in training of the team on Safety, Cost, and Operations
  • Help create curriculum on processes and operations
  • Assist in covering all positions in the Melt Shop

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years department experience in a hands on environment 
  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with excellent work ethic, attention to detail and organizational skills

Your Education

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
