What You'll Do

Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
Develop and monitor budgets, controlling expenses and driving cost reductions.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain quality control standards to guarantee product excellence.
Manage and lead production teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes.

What You'll Need

5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing management
Ability to perform standard mathematic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. 
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of successfully managing in a production environment

Your Education

High School diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
