What You'll Do

  • Assists with tax and disputes
  • Backs up Office Manager and other clerical positions
  • Complete Vendor Request Forms and provide customer with missing invoices or statement copies
  • Communicate with customers and address any issues
  • Comply with local safety procedures and regulations at all times
  • Handles hotline calls, releases orders and increases credit limits
  • Review project information sheets and set up
  • Runs reports daily and uploads tax certificates and project sheets to the ship to or job file

What You'll Need

  • 2 to 3 years' experience in similar office environment preferred
  • 5+ years of experience with lien releases and waivers required
  • 5 to 10+ years of collection experience in construction or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally with customers, employees, and business leaders
  • Able to execute the essential functions and responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Courteous, friendly, and willing to learn
  • FACTS & Salesforce experience highly desirable
  • Strong customer service skills

Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
