What You'll Do
- Review project information sheets
- Release orders
- Set up projects
- Runs reports daily and uploads tax certificates and project sheets to the ship to or job file
- Assists with tax and disputes
- Comply with local safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Communicate with customers and address any issues
- Backs up Office Manager and other clerical positions
- Complete vendor request forms and provide customer with mssing invoices or statement copies
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
- Able to execute the essential functions and responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to communicate both written and verbally with customers, employees, and business leaders
- Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Courteous, friendly, and willing to learn
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment.
Your Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
