What You'll Do
- Support all Tilt-Up planning, layout, and field coordination activities, including brace planning, job setup guidance, and safe erection practices
- Work directly with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure accurate communication and smooth execution on every project
- Review drawings and jobsite conditions so customers receive accurate brace counts, hardware, and supporting materials
- Visit jobsites as needed to troubleshoot issues, support our staff, and strengthen customer confidence in CMC’s tilt-up capabilities
- Assist with training programs for sales, engineering, and field teams to improve Tilt-Up knowledge, safety, and customer service
- Help with administrative and people-focused responsibilities including learning CMC’s HR management policies, participating in hiring and onboarding conversations, supporting coaching discussions, and reinforcing expectations
- Manage deadlines, customer needs, and internal communication with strong organization and follow-through
- Partner with internal groups as a culture carrier by reinforcing safety, teamwork, accountability, and professional conduct
What You'll Need
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Tilt-Up, formwork, bracing, or related construction fields
- Ability to read drawings, understand panel design intent, and identify common jobsite requirements
- Strong communication skills, problem solving, and situational judgment
- A mindset for coaching and developing people while holding high expectations
- Ability to learn and apply CMC’s HR management policies and leadership standards
- Commitment to safety, organization, follow-through, and customer support
- Hunger for growth, willingness to take on more responsibility, and a drive to become a future leader in the division
Your Education
- Engineering degree required
- Professional Engineering license in the State of Texas preferred
