What You'll Do

Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and provide recommendations based on trends, risks, and opportunities
Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes for the operating unit
Provide in-depth plan and forecast to actual variance analysis, with a focus toward gap closure
Evaluate capital investments to ensure alignment with business objectives with the highest returns for the Company
Develop and maintain key financial metrics and dashboards to communicate performance to leadership
Ensure all financial practices comply with CMC policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring a strong control environment is in place
Work with Director of Finance to ensure business unit objectives are aligned to Divisional and Corporate strategic objectives
Support special projects as needed

What You'll Need

Robust financial statement modeling
Strong quantitative, analytical & problem solving skills, with ability to use analysis, judgment & logic to solve problems and make decisions
Deep curiosity of profit drivers and ability to use multiple financial systems to mine data
Ability to understand, analyze, and communicate the story to management
Proven ability to influence decision making that drives business success
Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and meets them with quality and accuracy
Effectively collaborates with various teams to gather and analyze financial information
Can build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or other related field. Previous distribution or manufacturing experience required.
Proficiency with SAP and MS Office; especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
SAP BPC and FACTS knowledge preferred

Your Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or other business related field
