If you have a customer service mindset and are looking for a position that provides great overall exposure to Human Resources, we have a role on our Employee Services team for you!  Come join our team of detail oriented, courteous and knowledgeable representatives who support our U.S based employees and HR teams.  

What You'll Do

  • Answers calls & e-mails regarding general human resource questions including: benefits, company policy, payroll, & other employee programs
  • Provides guidance/direction regarding HR system navigation and other resources to both employees and local HR
  • Assists in administration of employee programs, benefit enrollments, and reviewing employee data and personnel actions in HR systems
  • Communicates information proactively with team and manager, escalating employee concerns when appropriate
  • Provides insight on opportunities for process improvement and actively participates in improving existing processes and procedures
  • May assist with administering other special projects and reports as needed

What You'll Need

  • Strong customer service skills with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to be flexible, a team player and interact professionally with employees as well as external contacts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks requiring attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and human resources information system(s)
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • 1-2 years of Benefits, Human Resources or high level customer service experience

Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
