What You'll Do

  • Plan, schedule and execute onsite and offsite meetings
  • Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports for the regional leadership
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations and associated materials for meetings
  • Proactively maintain Outlook calendars
  • Represent the company and the Regional Leadership Team in a positive, supportive, and professional manner
  • Answers incoming calls and answers questions/transfers calls as needed. Takes messages and routes incoming calls to appropriate point of contact
  • Perform standard, advanced, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational/functional policies and practices
  • Provide proactive support to the Regional Leadership Team
  • Participates in team meetings and activities
  • Prepare monthly safety Reports
  • Execute weekly payroll functions and approvals in Kronos
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
  • Must have advanced computer skills MS Office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize
  • Must have a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment and support the desire for challenge and strong work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels in person, written and over the phone both within and outside the company
  • Possesses a high degree of initiative, sound judgment, and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion

Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
