What You'll Do

  • Lead efforts to advance CMC's technological capabilities to meet the growing needs of the business (advanced analytics, automation, etc)
  • Collaborate with end users to understand system needs and requirements
  • Partner with functional owners to support processes – recruiting, performance, learning, etc.
  • Research and analyze impact of system releases and upgrades
  • Ensure an environment of continuous improvement is maintained and work closely with other CMC counterparts to identify areas of improvement
  • Communicate with the leadership team (plant mgt and operations) on the resolution of technical issues
  • Collaborates with IT project leads to integrate communication and change management activities into project plans

What You'll Need

  • Experience leading a large HRIS System, e.g. module implementation, overall system ownership
  • Minimum 1 year experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, preferred
  • Product owner skills, with an ability to listen, understand and help team members navigate through project implementations
  • Experience leading major system implementations
  • Proven experience working with multiple projects to meet tight delivery timeframes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours to support data loads or system updates

Your Education

  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field (HR or Computer Science), or equivalent work experience
