What You'll Do
- Lead efforts to advance CMC's technological capabilities to meet the growing needs of the business (advanced analytics, automation, etc)
- Collaborate with end users to understand system needs and requirements
- Partner with functional owners to support processes – recruiting, performance, learning, etc.
- Research and analyze impact of system releases and upgrades
- Ensure an environment of continuous improvement is maintained and work closely with other CMC counterparts to identify areas of improvement
- Communicate with the leadership team (plant mgt and operations) on the resolution of technical issues
- Collaborates with IT project leads to integrate communication and change management activities into project plans
What You'll Need
- Experience leading a large HRIS System, e.g. module implementation, overall system ownership
- Minimum 1 year experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, preferred
- Product owner skills, with an ability to listen, understand and help team members navigate through project implementations
- Experience leading major system implementations
- Proven experience working with multiple projects to meet tight delivery timeframes
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours to support data loads or system updates
Your Education
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field (HR or Computer Science), or equivalent work experience
