What You'll Do

Lead efforts to advance CMC's technological capabilities to meet the growing needs of the business (advanced analytics, automation, etc)
Collaborate with end users to understand system needs and requirements
Partner with functional owners to support processes – recruiting, performance, learning, etc.
Research and analyze impact of system releases and upgrades
Ensure an environment of continuous improvement is maintained and work closely with other CMC counterparts to identify areas of improvement
Communicate with the leadership team (plant mgt and operations) on the resolution of technical issues
Collaborates with IT project leads to integrate communication and change management activities into project plans

What You'll Need

Experience leading a large HRIS System, e.g. module implementation, overall system ownership
Minimum 1 year experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, preferred
Product owner skills, with an ability to listen, understand and help team members navigate through project implementations
Experience leading major system implementations
Proven experience working with multiple projects to meet tight delivery timeframes
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours to support data loads or system updates

Your Education

Bachelor's degree required in a related field (HR or Computer Science), or equivalent work experience
