What You'll Do

  • Provide White Glove IT support for senior executives
  • Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure requests and incidents from Sr. Executives are being resolved in an expedited manner
  • Escalate relevant issues to IT leadership
  • Partner with other IT teams to ensure a coordinated effort with new technology rollouts, upgrades, or changes
  • Stay current with desktop applications and can optimize the performance of these applications (MS Office Suite, Skype, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all computer hardware and software and mobile devices
  • Compose and revise as necessary Service Delivery support documentation
  • Ensures adherence to IT policies and procedures

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Service Delivery or other IT support positions
  • Customer Service focused
  • Problem solving including root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and drive issues, tasks and deliverables from concept to closure
  • Ability to work across different non-technical and technical functional groups
  • Ability to work in a global, multi-site, and cross functional organization
  • Strong team member and able to contribute in a team environment
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
  • Experience with IT Ticketing Systems (Service Now, Cherwell), Desktop Applications and Wireless Networking
  • Ability to work independently, be self-driven and apply creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 45 pounds
  • Available for on-call hours
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

Your Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
