Why This Job

The LMS Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining a seamless and intuitive user experience for learners in the Docebo LMS. This role combines business analysis and platform expertise to understand CMC’s business requirements, identify problems, and execute solutions within Docebo. You will collaborate with various teams, including Safety and Learning & Development, to ensure learners' needs are met. Additionally, you will work closely with Course Developers to organize and manage content within Docebo.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all LMS-related inquiries.
  • Continuously optimize the learner experience in Docebo.
  • Analyze key engagement metrics, content effectiveness surveys, and conduct customer interviews to guide the strategy and execution of Docebo.
  • Optimize and enhance the Docebo platform to meet the evolving needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve Docebo-related tickets and requests.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Docebo integrations with systems like MS Teams.
  • Document processes and changes related to administering Docebo.
  • Identify and communicate risks internally and externally.
  • Support the Docebo sandbox and test new features to explore their relevance to CMC’s vision and strategy.
  • Help design an intuitive learning experience that aligns with CMC brand standards by repurposing design assets and developing pages/menus that follow basic UX principles.
  • Create training resources to guide users.
  • Takes the initiative and holds themselves accountable for their work and results.

What You'll Need

  • A strong desire to become a Docebo product expert.
  • Familiarity with technical features of the Docebo platform, including webhooks, APIs, notifications, automation rules, and integrations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst or LMS Administrator role (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge in application programming and system design.
  • A natural inclination to troubleshoot technical issues and lead stakeholders to acceptable solutions.
  • Experience with implementing and administering Docebo or other LMS (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to document and communicate technical issues and processes to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in LMS administration, with knowledge/use of Docebo preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization and with external vendor partners.
  • Ability to gain new technical skills quickly.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in layman’s terms.

Your Education

  • BA/BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, Education Technology, or equivalent experience.
