Why This Job
This role serves as the DOC’s(Digital Operations Center) primary authority for network operations, MSP governance, automation, CMDB accuracy, event quality, and trend analysis. The position leads oversight of core network and security platforms including Meraki, Cisco, Zscaler, log collector integrations and Network Monitoring while acting as the governance lead over the managed service provider.

What You'll Do
- Proven experience leading network operations within a NOC/DOC environment with focus on reliability, MTTR reduction, and service stability
- Strong background managing service providers (e.g., Capgemini), ensuring SLA adherence, performance accountability, and operational compliance
- Expertise in event correlation, alert tuning, noise reduction, and driving actionable monitoring outcomes
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, CSDM alignment, and maintaining high data quality and CI relationships
- Deep understanding of enterprise network platforms (Cisco, Meraki, firewalls, Zscaler, SD-WAN, controllers)
- Ability to lead major incident triage (Tier 3), perform root cause analysis, and drive proactive remediation
- Experience building automation use cases and standardized runbooks to improve operational efficiency and consistency
- Strong coordination across infrastructure, cloud, application, and cybersecurity teams
- Working knowledge of Zero Trust, OT segmentation, and enterprise compliance frameworks
- Ability to translate telemetry, logs, and metrics into actionable insights and improvements
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of progressive experience in network engineering or network operations lead role
- Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco, Meraki, Zscaler, enterprise routing and switching, firewalls, and secure network access technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, CSDM, and infrastructure data quality governance
- Experience with network monitoring, automation, observability platforms, and log collector integrations
- Demonstrated ability to manage MSP performance, review SLA and operational metrics, and drive continuous improvement through trend analysis
- Strong documentation, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Your Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred), Engineering, or a related discipline.
