The Learning & Development Partner serves as an internal consultant to business leaders and HR, diagnosing capability needs and co-creating learning strategies that accelerate performance, leadership readiness, and organizational effectiveness. This role owns multi-stakeholder medium-to-large learning initiatives end-to-end from needs assessment through solution design, delivery oversight, and outcomes evaluation using data and stakeholder influence to drive adoption and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and HR by consulting on capability gaps, leadership development priorities, and organizational development challenges
  • Translate business needs and performance gaps into scalable, measurable learning and talent solutions
  • Design and implement enterprise learning solutions in support of enterprise leadership, core capability and priority skill initiatives
  • Lead needs assessments to identify root causes and prioritize development opportunities. Recommend appropriate interventions based on diagnosed needs rather than predefined solutions
  • Partner with Talent Management and HR teams to support succession planning efforts, including identifying critical capabilities and development strategies for key roles to build strong talent pipelines
  • Define success metrics for learning initiatives and evaluate effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data. Make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of enterprise learning frameworks, tools, and practices to improve scalability, consistency, and effectiveness

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in L&D, Talent Development, Organizational Development or a related consulting-oriented role
  • Professional certifications (ATD, APTD, CPTD, SHRM or similar) are a plus
  • Prior people leadership experience is a plus
  • Qualifications may be met through a combination of formal L&D experience, equivalent business leadership experience, and demonstrated capability in consulting, influence, and problem solving
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders across multiple functions and levels
  • Strong consultative communication skills with proven ability to influence without authority and navigate multiple stakeholder priorities
  • Expertise in facilitation and learning solution design; able to translate business problems into development strategies
  • Exposure to change management, organizational effectiveness, or transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with learning evaluation methodologies and using data to inform decisions
  • Experience with learning management systems/reporting

Your Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
