This role is responsible for the daily administration of  the MRO data governance process, ensuring that current and future data meets the standards established by the business. This role will manage the flow of creation / modification of MRO parts, participate in future data cleansing projects, and assist with management of supplier collaboration. The position will report to the MRO Data Governance Manager and must work in close coordination with Maintenance, Storeroom Supervisors, Procurement Managers, and various other key stakeholders. While this role will report to the corporate office in Irving, TX, visits to our field sites will be required.

What You'll Do

  • Act as data governance Gatekeeper, facilitating the process of creating, modifying, extending and blocking MRO materials
  • Provide master data governance support related to training, communication, and analytics
  • Participate in data cleansing projects as required for new construction and M&A
  • Maintain close interaction with our Maintenance and Storeroom teams and other cross-functional business teams to understand full scope of internal needs
  • Complete high volumes of tasks and projects quickly with little guidance
  • Customer-service oriented, with great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines
  • A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company are essential

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with MRO materials and Master Data Management
  • Experience working within the manufacturing industry and collaborating with Maintenance teams on MRO materials
  • Knowledge of Alteryx or similar data transformation / automation tool. Knowledge of SAP and Power Bi highly important
  • Familiarity with Coupa, Sphera, and Power BI preferred
  • Strong understanding of purchasing processes, procure-to-pay workflows, pricing structures, and basic financial documents
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Strong communication Skills (verbal, written, listening) including ability to communicate effectively with all levels or organization
  • Great organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
