Why This Job

CMC is currently seeking a Manager of SAP Security and GRC who can drive the design and execution of technical projects, thorough understanding of SAP Platform Security and SAP Controls/Compliance frameworks, manage a team that performs daily administrative support in an efficient and thorough manner. They should possess extensive experience in GRC Access Controls, SOX/SOD Controls, designing security roles and procedures, internal/external audits.

This role is part of a global team so individual will coordinator & communicate work with the teams across the globe to ensure consistent service to CMC’s internal/external customers and auditors. This is a great opportunity to get exposure and hands on experience with core SAP Systems and also preparation to move to S/4 platform in near future.

What You'll Do

Develop and deliver solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications, and data by establishing policies, practices & tools that prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or disruption in the SAP landscape
Work with internal/external auditors and ITGC team to confirm control requirements and SOPs are followed per guidelines and facilitate security deliverables review sessions
Provides education and guidance to the security as well as other IT/Process teams on what security information is needed from them, when, and how the process will work
Design and maintain CMC IT Policy and Security framework documents of existing SAP systems and Integrating external applications
Understanding who has decision rights for security and control matters and helps facilitate necessary decisions in a timely manner
Experience with security project full cycle implementations (configuring/customizing/modifying both roles and users) of core SAP ABAP, GRC, Portal systems
Must be “current and hands-on” in leading technical solutions in architecting/ configuring/ customizing SAP GRC, CUA, Fiori, Security Design for External Applications, Cloud, Level 2 systems connecting with SAP
Thorough knowledge of SAP GRC with Access control, Rule Sets, Remediation and Mitigation Controls. Identify SOD risk areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Ability to manage personnel, good communication, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, organization and the ability to think and act strategically

What You'll Need

12+ years hands on SAP Security technical experience
SAP GRC with Access Control implementation
Required Internal / external audit experience
Ability to think strategically and articulate responses for controls and audit
Ability to communicate both written and verbally with customers, employees, and business leaders
Abililty to manage and lead a team
Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and employees across the organization
A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and be proactive in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
Maintain Security processes and compliance
Knowledge of Fiori and S/4 HANA suite of applications

Your Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field; or equivalent relevant experience
