Do you like helping people improve their marketing presence? Are you looking to join a collaborative team that supports CMC locations nationwide? The Marketing Coordinator is an essential member of our team who assists with a wide range of marketing activities - including graphic design, content writing, print advertising, promotional branding and more! Working together, our team is responsible for building a stronger CMC brand through market awareness and brand consistency.

What You'll Do
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to create graphic design projects, including updating current templates, creating flyers, print ads, business profiles and more
  • Content writing including marketing collateral, email marketing, corporate and sales-specific data sheets, social media posts, company videos, advertising campaigns, websites and more
  • Supporting the day-to-day marketing activities and requests for all CMC business units
  • Coordinating and assisting with branded promotional inquiries and orders from CMC locations across the US
  • Assisting department with all aspects of direct marketing campaigns including campaign set-up, quality control, campaign distribution and post-campaign reporting
  • Managing approval, printing, and distribution of collateral to locations nationwide
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing or related experience preferred
  • Hands-on graphic design experience using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with all mainstream social media platforms (focus on LinkedIn and Facebook) including posting, sharing and monitoring mentions
  • Great writing skills and the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading capabilities
  • Can effectively prioritize and adapt in a complex, fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and employees across the organization
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Able to take direction and work independently while executing on schedule
  • Working knowledge and experience with the following programs is a plus: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Kentico, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Products and Salesforce
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns is a plus
  • Knowledge of commercial construction or similar business is a plus
Your Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or equivalent relevant experience required
