The Marketing Manager is an essential member of our team who is responsible for developing strategies and overseeing a wide range of tasks including brand management, organic social media, graphic design, print advertising and more!
Working together, our team is responsible for building a stronger CMC brand through market awareness and brand consistency. As a key member of the team, you’ll need to be comfortable leading cross-functional projects and driving progress towards department and company goals.

What You'll Do
- Be a strong and proactive contributor to all corporate marketing content creation including graphic design projects, campaign creation, event management, trade show development, website updates, and more
- Maintain a consistent company image across all marketing initiatives
- Review and approve marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, print ads, business profiles, web content, signage, and more
- Develop the strategy for CMC’s presence across multiple social media platforms while maintaining the company’s brand image
- Lead the planning and execution of trade shows nationwide that meet CMC’s brand standards
- Track, monitor and report the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
- Develop and manage email campaigns, online content and landing pages for optimization and accuracy
- Write and review internal company communications
- Function as liaison to divisions across CMC to drive execution of national marketing plans
- Support day-to-day marketing activities and requests from all CMC business units
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of marketing or related experience preferred
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Hands-on graphic design experience using Canva, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficient in all mainstream social media platforms
- Great writing skills and the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner
- Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading capabilities
- Ability to adapt, learn and prioritize quickly in a dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and employees across the organization
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge and experience with the following programs is a plus: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Kentico, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Products and Salesforce
- Experience managing PPC campaigns is a plus
- Knowledge of commercial construction or similar business is a plus
Your Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, public relations or related experience
