What You'll Do

Responsible for sales of Non- ferrous scrap metal from CMC’s Recycling facilities
Work with marketing and processing personnel from all of CMC’s Recycling facilities
Help ensure CMC’s steady sales position and margin maximization
Provides buy side guidance to CMC Recycling purchasing plant personnel
Assist in administration and claims settlement process for individual shipments
Ensure CMC’s sales positions are ahead of the competition/market while maintain liquidity
Locate and explore new customer and product business opportunities

What You'll Need

Minimum 5 years Non-Ferrous scrap metal processing, purchasing and/or selling experience
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to assist in the growth of CMC’s customer base
Able to work with urgency in a fast paced, team- oriented environment
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment with shifting priorities while staying organized and detailed oriented
Interest in dealing with international customers
Proficient at communicating with different departments and with multiple cultures
Strong negotiating skills when making sales decisions
Ability to develop and sustain collaborative working relationships throughout the organization
Prioritization of multiple and diverse factors in making sound/unbiased business decisions
Desire to learn and understand the company’s long-term objectives

Your Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
