What You'll Do
  • Participate as a fully integrated team member for contract negotiating, contract administration and customer contact activities to provide superior and experienced contract leadership in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Provide knowledge and experienced leadership on contracting issues, including rights, obligations, and means to mitigate contract risks
  • Collaborate across multiple functions as part of an integrated team to negotiate and execute contracts with best value and minimal risk
  • Compilation/analyzation/maintenance of data to prepare reports, track contract milestones and deliverables, as well as perform other duties as required to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships to drive results
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 5 years of contracts related experience required; experience in the construction industry highly preferred
  • Ability to interpret contractual data, insurance requirements and review Terms and Conditions
  • Strong understanding of the financial aspects of contract and other business arrangements
  • High level of critical and analytical thinking skills and sound business judgement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate
  • Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
Your Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
