What You'll Do

  • Perform mass data updates utilizing standard SAP functionality and Winshuttle tools
  • Conduct deduplication, dormant record checks, and other data quality validations
  • Analyze system errors related to Master Records to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor resolution status and prioritize incoming data requests
  • Contribute to special projects and support business implementations as needed
  • Support continuous improvement of data validation procedures and quality assurance protocols
  • Liaise with internal and external Business Partners regarding account information
  • Partner with Business and IT leadership to understand and address data-related needs
  • Provide guidance and training on new Master Data processes
  • Assist in updating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions related to master data management and change control
  • Mentor junior team members and support their onboarding and skill development
  • Execute manual or automated requests using Evolve to create and update Customer, Vendor, and Material Master records, primarily in SAP and select minor ERP systems
  • Validate Tax Identification Numbers (TIN) for new vendor records via IRS resources
  • Conduct verbal bank validation with Business Partners to mitigate fraud risks
  • Maintain compliance with Master Data rules and company policies

What You'll Need

  • 10 years relevant work experience
  • 5 years of master data management within SAP ECC or S4/HANA
  • Experience utilizing Winshuttle or Evolve a bonus
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build interpersonal relationships and work with available resources to accomplish objectives
  • Strong analytical skills with a High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Project management experience preferred

Your Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business or Accounting preferred
