What You'll Do
  • Participate within a team of security engineers and contractors to develop strategies and technology roadmaps for Information Security Platforms using current and emerging technologies
  • Translate business requirements into solution designs while ensuring security compliance
  • Plan and recommend hardware, software and architecture to support the delivery of services
  • Preferred Skills: ADFS, SAML, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, End Point Protection and other platforms
  • Assist in the Information Security Architecture review for new solutions proposed by the Business and IT
  • Responsible to drive Security Policy and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures around Security
  • Advise teams on best practice Security Configuration for Windows and Linux platforms
  • Evaluate and recommend new products; maintain knowledge of emerging technologies for application to the enterprise
  • Monitor system performance and does capacity planning proactively assessing and making recommendations with IT Operations
  • Collaborate with other teams to automate tasks becoming a lower cost operator
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architecture, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Service Delivery to support system deployment and operations
  • Provide management with performance metrics and trending from supported platforms
  • Participate in the Infrastructure Architecture team
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 7 years experience in a variety of IT technologies including: Windows, Linux, SAML, Security Configurations
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Infrastructure systems and engineering: Proxy, OKTA, Cybereason, Rapid7, Office365 Security, Azure Security
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Security technologies
  • Familiarity/experience with VMware, NSX, NIST, other Security platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Direct Access and McAfee Web Cloud Proxy
  • Ability to think critically to recognize problems, identify opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and drive issues, tasks and deliverables from concept to closure
  • Proactive nature and ability to remain calm in crisis situations
  • Customer service mindset that allows for a consultative approach to internal clients
Your Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field; or equivalent experience required.
