What You'll Do
- Leads multiple projects and oversees development activities to ensure projects are to specification and on time
- Provides key input to onshore/offshore/business stakeholders on project status, resource requirements, and budgetary needs
- Recommends development technology improvements as well as process improvements
- Participates in architecture decisions and deployment activities
What You'll Need
- 3 or more years working in a related IT field
- 1+ years in a technical mentorship or leadership role
- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript (React, Angular)
- Functional knowledge of containerized systems like Kubernetes and/or Docker
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
- Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Experience with SalesForce development preferred
- Experience with mobile development preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with or understanding of complex business processes
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Ability to teach and share knowledge with others
- Ability to manage complex projects from beginning to end
- Ability to participate in architectural decisions
- Ability to lead other developers of cross-functional areas for success of a project
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in and out of IT. This includes the ability to develop a presentation in PowerPoint or a related tool
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS/XML
- Proficiency in database concepts and SQL Programming
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing
- Experience with Git/CVS/TFS
- Proficiency in developing and consuming web services
Your Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience
