Why This Job
The Sr. Manager, Learning & Development is a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide learning programs that drive business performance and employee growth. This role partners with senior leadership to align learning initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring a culture of continuous development and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a strategic leader by setting the long-term vision for learning and development, aligning priorities with enterprise goals, and driving scalable solutions that strengthen organizational capability
- Design, deliver, and measure innovative leadership and professional development programs using a variety of methodologies, including AI-powered and digital learning solutions
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders globally to implement impactful talent development initiatives
- Lead succession planning and high-potential employee development for critical roles, identifying critical leadership and organizational needs
- Manage and enhance the performance management framework, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
- Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs, systems, and tools, recommending improvements based on data-driven insights
- Manage and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering innovation and excellence
- Build and manage partnerships with external vendors to design and deliver customized training solutions
What You'll Need
- 7+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, preferably in a complex, multi-site organization
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading enterprise-wide learning strategies that support future organizational needs
- Demonstrated experience with AI-powered learning platforms, digital learning tools, and learning analytics
- Strong business acumen with ability to link learning strategies to organizational performance
- Strong data analysis, presentation, facilitation, and project management skills
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities, with a commitment to fostering an agile learning culture
Your Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
