This is a highly visible role on our strategy team with backgrounds in consulting, investment banking, private equity, equity research, and steel. The Analyst, Strategy is curious about data, eager to learn the early stage construction landscape, has a phenomenal attention to detail, and is not afraid to seek out answers to better improve the current process.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-depth research and build knowledge of early-stage construction trends, emerging markets, and potential disruptors within the industry
  • Regularly review and analyze data from sources including PitchBook, CapIQ, industry reports, and news articles to identify trends that may impact the business
  • Gather and organize industry-specific data and maintain accurate databases
  • Prepare and deliver regular briefings, white papers, and presentations to leadership, translating data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to develop strategic recommendations that address potential risks, opportunities, and future business directions
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and provide updates on potential threats and opportunities
  • Keep abreast with industry related themes/trends and share knowledge and expertise to contribute to thought leadership

What You'll Need

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Interest in early-stage construction and emerging trends within the industry
  • Superior written and verbal communication, able to convey information concisely
  • Intellectually curious, results focused, and strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative, flexible, team-oriented working style
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Self – starter and eager to learn and advance in the industry

Your Education

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or another related field
