What You'll Do

Lead safety leadership efforts, ensuring safety is a core value and integrated into daily operations and decision‑making
Conduct regular safety audits, lead root cause investigations, and ensure corrective actions are executed effectively
Analyze recurring issues or process failure points to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities; collaborate with stakeholders to recommend and implement corrective actions
Identify and correct safety hazards, and practices and procedures
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures
Define and measure key performance indicators for success
Perform inspections of work areas and equipment before, during, and after operations
Ensure coordinated internal support to reduce delays and rework
Contribute ideas to improve safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability
Other responsibilities assigned
Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy to established standards

What You'll Need

Proficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred; AutoCAD skills are a plus
Minimum of 5 years of Rolling Mill experience
Comprehensive knowledge of rolling mill processes and equipment

Your Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
